Weekly Fitness | It’s More Of A Lifestyle

So the other day I was wondering if I wanted to continue with my weekly fitness posts, because at the moment I’m really happy with where I’m at and I’m content with my figure. I know I am so close to being exactly where I want to be and as I achieve my perfect body, I feel like calling this a fitness journey would be contradicting myself and what I’m putting out to the Universe.

As a believer in the Law Of Attraction part of me feels that if I continue to write about my fitness journey I’m always going to be putting out to the Universe that I’m on a journey and not where I want to be yet, but with this I realised that as much as I want to appreciate and love my dream figure I still want to continue setting myself goals and keep doing what I’m doing, because of this I’ve decided to change my mindset to thinking more of this as a lifestyle, not a journey. There is no end goal to be working towards, just a lifestyle of keeping myself fit and healthy everyday.

For now I’m relaxing on the goals as I’m going on holiday in a few days so obviously I want to enjoy myself and be free with what I eat, however naturally as I’m living a fit and healthy lifestyle I will be doing what I always do and choosing healthier options as much as I can whilst doing some form of exercise everyday whether that be sit ups, squats, bicycle or jogging on the spot.

I have some goals set for when I’m back from Florida, I’ve named them ‘pre Christmas goals’ so basically a lifestyle to follow up until the Christmas season because naturally I’m always going to be more relaxed during that time. I’ll talk more about this when I’m back though.

I just want to be relaxed and happy with my body, so whilst I continue being fit and healthy I’m going to change my fitness posts slightly to talk more about how I’m maintaining my lifestyle and keeping healthy each week instead of focusing too much on progress and goals (although going with the flow, that will definitely still play a part every now and then).

Bring it on!

  1. That is exactly how I feel!! I just want to remain healthy and fit, as Alex has said, as long as I keep exercising, I can rest assured that whatever I eat, or splurge on, will be calories I burn during my workouts lol

    1. Oh 100%! I’ve noticed that even though I’ve not been strict on my eating lately, because I’ve been exercising regularly I’ve noticed even more of a positive difference with my weight. I’m loving my figure at the moment! Exercise clearly is the way forward x
