Somebody tell me how I’m already sat here writing my September reflections? It seems like just yesterday I was writing my August reflections. Like, I can so clearly remember writing that post, it doesn’t seem real that we’re already in October. Where has this year gone!?
Well, I spent most of last month on holiday, so it’s safe to say it was a good one. On September 7th, my best friend Emily and I jetted off to Florida for two weeks, where we spent the first 5 days at Universal then moved onto Disney World for the second part of our trip. Obviously I’ll be writing separate blog posts all about this vacation so I don’t want to give too much away right now but I’ll at least share with you a few of my favourite photos from the trip so you don’t feel too deprived, haha.
Also, we were out there whilst Hurricane Irma hit but thankfully we were on the outskirts so we were safe. People were actually evacuating from their houses over to the hotel we were staying in so we knew we were in a good place. It did mean however two days of eating pizza for breakfast, lunch and dinner (slight exaggeration) and watching Catfish in bed. It’s pretty random, but I’d actually have to say that chilling out in hotel rooms watching TV is actually one of my favourite things to do, so I was in my element!
Other than Florida which took up the most part of last month, I also went on a couple of nights out with the girls which were pretty fab, nights to remember for sure! The day after I arrived back from Florida I went out with my friends Daisy, Holly and Charlotte and it was pretty messy. For the first time ever I had wine at pre drinks so it was my first time being wine drunk and I liked it! Wine definitely makes me a merry but messy drunk, and I had a hilarious night out with the girls!
I ended the month with another night out on Saturday, this time with Daisy and Emily. Once again I decided to opt for wine at pre drinks, since I loved it so much before and once again it turned out to be a messy but hilarious night, the perfect way to end the month.
I feel like this is the shortest monthly reflections post I’ve ever written, but since the month was mostly dominated by my holiday to Florida which I haven’t written about yet, I don’t really have much else to talk about. Although, it might be quite nice for you guys to have a shorter post from me to read for a change.
Overall, September was an amazing month with so many new experiences (which you can read about soon, yay) and lots of memories made.
I can’t wait to see what October brings, I hope its the best for everyone.
Thank you all for reading,
