Hello my lovelies!
Today it’s day 11 of the 30 days of gratitude challenge, and todays prompt is holiday. Which holiday are you grateful for today? Now I’m not sure if this means festive holidays or travel holidays, but I’m going to take it as though it means travel holidays! Which vacation am I thankful for?
Well today I am going to give thanks for a holiday that I haven’t even taken yet! I go to Italy NEXT WEEK and I am so so so excited, so that’s what I’m thankful for. This beautiful holiday with my parents I have to look forward to. It’s going to be an absolute dream come true and I can’t believe it’s actually happening. Italy has been my dream destination for a family holiday since I was a little girl, so it’s incredible to finally have the opportunity to see this dream realised. A couple of Christmases ago, my mum bought me a photo frame which says ‘been there, done that‘ on it and I said when I opened this present, I’m saving this frame for a photo of us outside the Colosseum, and after being photo less for about a year and a half, this frame is finally about to be put to good use. I am so excited for this holiday I have to look forward to with my best friends and I am so thankful for the blessing of this trip.
Thankfully throughout my lifetime I have been on plenty of incredible holidays, all of which I would like to give thanks for. My recent vacation to Magaluf with the girls where we got matching tatts, my holiday to Florida with my best friend where we swam with dolphins and experienced all things magical, my weekends away to Disney Land Paris (which I have another to look forward to in a couple of months), my family holidays to Spain, my amazing weekend away in Amsterdam with my bestie where I visited one of the most incredible places ever, the Anne Frank house, my girls trip to Malia (my first ever girls trip) and not to mention my fabulous American holidays with my family – New York & California. I am so, so thankful for all the opportunities I have had to travel with my loved ones and I feel forever fortunate to have made some incredible memories with the most wonderful people, all over the world.
I love travel so I’m thankful for allll my holidays, past, present and future and I am so excited to see where the Universe is going to take me next!
Which holiday are you grateful for today? What travel plans do you have coming up? Let me know in the comments below.
Thank you all for reading,
love,
Jennie

I LOVE this so much! to be able to travel and experience the world is in my opinion to really live and connect with people and grow yourself. I have so many incredible vacations I have taken, but one of my most life changing ones was when I was in France. It changed my life and was the reason i moved to new York. A little simpler and closer to home is my trip to Nantucket (which I STILL haven’t written about 😮 ) it was just perfect in every way! ❤

Thanks hun. I love your comment! So beautiful and so true. There is nothing more incredible than travel. To see this beautiful world is an absolute gift and a blessing. We are so lucky. I intend to see as much of this world as possible because it really is so beautiful. Oh wow that sounds amazing. Did you blog about it? I’d love to hear more about your France adventure because it sounds incredible! How come it was the reason for you moving to New York? Wow! Ah I’m so excited to read about Nantucket!! I’m so happy you had such a perfect time x
