Today it’s The Magic day 3! Which is all about magical relationships and being grateful for the relationships that you have.
So for the Magic practice day 3, you need to choose three people that you are thankful for, grab some photos of them (or of the two of you together) and whilst looking at the photographs, think through all the reasons as to why you are thankful for that person then after taking a moment, write down five reasons you are thankful for that person as if you are addressing them. For example, if you want to give thanks to your mother for cooking you dinner (lol) you would write something along the lines of ‘Thank you Mother for cooking me dinner tonight, as it’s so caring of you to look after me and make sure I am fed well’, hahaha, you get my gist right?!
Anyway, today the three relationships / people I decided to give thanks for are my mama, my father and errr, someone else (lol no comment, don’t wanna look like a wettie). I’d be here for days if I copied what I wrote in my journal here on the blog and c’mon, you guys don’t really care about what I have to say about my personal relationships however I am excited to see these relationships flourish thanks to this magic practice and although this is only a one day practice, I am going to read through my gratitude list every couple of days just to boost the gratitude and experience maximum results. I’ll keep you updated!
I have to say that I’ve already experienced so much positivity through The Magic practice and manifested so much already. One of the main things I want to manifest through this practice is travel and adventure and in the past two days alone I’ve manifested a trip to London, tickets to see Little Mix in concert next year and I’ve been invited to Prague. How exciting and amazing is that? And I know it’s all thanks to my positivity and gratitude and this practice. YAY!
What relationships are you grateful for today? Who would you like to give thanks to today? Let me know in the comments below.
Thank you all for reading, have the best day!
Lots of love,
