Hey, beautiful people & welcome back to my blog – I hope you’re doing beautiful & life is treating you kindly – I’m sending so much loving energy and positive vibes your way!
Today it’s Vegan time – hip hip hooray! You know I love talking about my Vegan food & what I’ve been eating, and today I wanted to share with you a few of my favourite Vegan foodie recommendations that I’ve enjoyed recently – this is a series I’m hoping to continue here on the blog, so I hope you enjoy these recommendations & have fun reading –
Let’s go!
Vegan Toad In The Hole

Ohmygoshβ¦ AM I IN HEAVEN OR? I received Bosh’s Vegan recipe book as a birthday gift this year and the first recipe in the book was for a Vegan Toad In The Hole – curry style. I adapted it myself to just make the toad in the hole without the sauce they included in the recipe, as I’m an onion gravy and veg kinda gal – I’m sure I’ll try the sauce / gravy they suggested one day however – anyway, this toad in the hole could bring a tear to my eye just thinking about it, I could cryyyyyy with how good it is. I used Linda McCartney’s Vegan Sausages and Jus-Roll Vegan puff pastry for this, & served with veg and onion gravy and oh my goodnessβ¦ crying happy tears, tears of overwhelming love. So good. Thank you Bosh!

Oggs Victoria Sponge Cakes

Ooh these are good, I love a Victoria Sponge and tbh, there’s not a lot to say about these other than that, they’re good. I had two for my breakfast yesterday, and since Sunday I’ve eaten 5 – I definitely recommend.
Sidenote: I’ve just found Oggs have shared their recipe for a classic Victoria sponge which I am very very excited about, I think I’m going to bake it myself – SO EXCITING. Check the recipe out here.
Sidenote 2: I’m honestly so impressed with this brand – Oggs, I just had a little browse around their website and I’m in awe, they are doing their best to be as ethical as possible, and they are doing some amazing work. Click here to find out more.
Hotel Chocolat Batons 70% Dark Chocolate

Okay I think this is my favourite Vegan chocolate that I’ve tried so far, it’s so good. I got through a whole pack of these batons in two days LOL. My mouth is watering just thinking about them, what I like about these batons is that they’re tasty and creamy – what more could you want? SO GOOD. Thank you Hotel Chocolat!
